About us:
Founded by league operator Andrew Lybek-Martori and senior software engineer Kyle Grady, our organization was built at the intersection of real-world league experience and innovative technology. After years of hands-on scheduling challenges, we recognized the countless variables and significant time investment required to build a successful season schedule. Youth sports—and the families who support them—juggle increasingly complex schedules. Our platform was created to help leagues navigate that complexity with confidence, scale their operations, and expand access to participation. By simplifying scheduling, we empower leagues to focus on what matters most: growing the game and creating better experiences for every participant.

The FIVE elements of your Game Schedule:
-
Season Schedule Parameters
-
Divisions / Teams
-
Coach Associated Teams
-
Location and Field Availability
-
Team and League Preferences
SEASON SCHEDULE PARAMETERS - This component will outline the key details of your league’s season, including the season name; the days of the week on which games will be held and any days that may be prioritized; the season start and end dates; the duration for which each game requires a field; the total number of games each team will play during the season; the desired number of games per team each week; and the minimum time gap preferred when a team is scheduled for multiple games within the same weekend.
DIVISIONS / TEAMS - This section captures all divisions and the teams within each division. Additional team-level data may also be collected, such as a team’s average skill level or its rank within the division.
COACH ASSOCIATED TEAMS - This is a critical component of the Divisions and Teams structure. Head coaches or teams that are associated with one another are identified and grouped accordingly, enabling the platform to recognize these relationships and organize the schedule in a way that prevents game-time and field-location conflicts. These groupings, referred to as Coach Associated Teams (CATs), are scheduled to accommodate the head coach or associated teams by ensuring their games do not overlap and that game times, locations, and fields are aligned in relation to their other games within the same week.
LOCATION AND FIELD AVAILABILITY - This segment outlines the locations and fields designated for league play, including the specific availability assigned to each site for the upcoming season. The fields are identified by quantity and by its physical relationship to adjacent fields, enabling our scheduling model to accurately account for logistical and spatial considerations. This structure allows our platform to determine where, when, and how each team’s schedule should be organized to maximize efficiency and ensure a balanced, satisfying experience for all league participants. Our system evaluates all available options to assign the most suitable fields and times while proactively minimizing potential conflicts.
TEAM AND LEAGUE PREFERENCES - Team‑ and league‑level preferences are incorporated to accommodate both individual requests and broader organizational needs. As participants’ schedules become increasingly complex and demanding, flexibility has become essential. Our objective is to expand participation by offering greater adaptability in scheduling, ensuring the league can welcome more players while still honoring the preferences of its community.
